Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in Elemental Beasts, a free Android game provided by LEXX STUDIO. The game has no account creation or sign-in. Progress is stored locally on your device. The game uses voluntary rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob / the Google Mobile Ads SDK, and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) for consent where applicable.
This policy covers the game. Google’s services have their own privacy policies and data practices, described below.
Game progress and information we do not request
Game progress is saved locally on your device. LEXX STUDIO does not operate a game account system or a server-based player profile. You do not need to provide your name, email address or login details to play.
The game does not request access to health or financial information, contacts, personal photos, videos, personal files, messages or precise GPS location. This does not mean the game is free of third-party data collection: the advertising services described below may collect and share information.
Rewarded ads and third-party data
You can choose to watch rewarded ads to receive an in-game reward. Choosing to watch an ad is voluntary. That choice is separate from any consent choices presented by UMP. Advertising SDKs may process information when initialized or making ad requests, depending on consent, settings and applicable requirements; collection should not be assumed to happen only when a video is watched.
Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share the following categories:

These data may be used for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Google and its advertising partners may handle information to deliver and measure ads, maintain their services and prevent abuse. The details depend on the SDK version, consent choices, device settings and advertising configuration. Consent and privacy choices
The game uses Google UMP to present consent messages where applicable. Available choices depend on your region and the configured message. Where required, privacy options allow you to revisit your choices. Consent to personalized advertising, where requested, is distinct from choosing to watch a rewarded ad. Declining personalization does not necessarily stop all advertising-related data processing.

Retention and deletion
Local progress remains on your device until it is removed, for example by clearing the game’s storage in Android settings. Uninstalling the game normally removes its local app data; Android backup and restore behavior may depend on device and app settings. Clearing storage can permanently erase your progress.
There is no player account to delete, and LEXX STUDIO has no account-based deletion mechanism. Google controls retention and deletion of data processed through its services under its own policies; LEXX STUDIO does not set a single retention period for those data or promise to delete them on Google’s behalf. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message to handle your request. Keep your message limited to what is necessary. We keep this correspondence as needed to address your inquiry and related follow-up, or meet applicable obligations. You can ask us to delete correspondence using the contact below; some information may need to be retained where required by law.
Children and families
The advertising disclosures in this policy also apply when the game is used by a child. Parents or guardians with privacy questions can contact LEXX STUDIO below. Please avoid sending personal information about a child in a support request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the game or its data practices. The updated version will appear on this page with a revised date. Review this page for the current policy.
